Through the website or via communication channels, your name and surname, contact details (phone, email) and any information about your health situation that you convey may be processed. In appointment and medical processes, health data is protected as a special category of personal data as required by relevant legislation.
Your personal data is processed for the purposes of responding to your appointment requests, answering your questions, planning and carrying out health services, fulfilling legal obligations and communicating with you.
Your personal data is not shared with third parties except in cases envisaged by legal regulations and situations required by the provision of the health service. Where a transfer is necessary, the security measures required by applicable law are applied.
Your personal data is collected through website contact forms, phone, WhatsApp, email and face-to-face meetings. The data is processed on the basis of the legal grounds set out in the applicable data protection legislation.
Under applicable law you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information if it has been processed, learn the purpose of processing, request correction if it has been processed incompletely/inaccurately, request its deletion/destruction under the conditions provided by law, and request compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
